Our Island

The venue contains six apartments in Indigo Bay, positioned between Marigot and Philipsburg. Indigo bay had been designed as an Eco friendly and people friendly community by creating and renewing energy on site, nurturing harvested trees for landscaping purpose. Guest accommodations offer Caribbean Sea views.

How far is it to the beach?
All our properties are located approximately 300 meters (less than 5 minutes walk) from the beach at Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, our apartments have access to a shared swimming pool within the Indigo Bay community.
What is included in the rental?
All our rentals include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking and pool access. Nothing to bring — everything is provided for your comfort.

What is the minimum stay requirement?
The minimum stay is generally 2 nights, but this may vary by season. Feel free to contact us for short stays.

Yes, all our properties include free on-site parking.
How do I get from the airport to Indigo Bay?
Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) is approximately 10-15 minutes by car from Indigo Bay. We recommend renting a car or taking a taxi at the airport for maximum flexibility during your stay.
Is a car necessary during the stay?
A car is recommended to explore the island at your own pace — Sint Maarten has plenty of beaches, restaurants and activities to discover. Free parking is available on site. Car rental agencies are available at the airport and around the island.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in our apartments. Please let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Flexible arrangements may be possible depending on availability — contact us to discuss.
